As all know, the cliffside village outside of our fair city has fallen into disrepair over the decades.
It would seem that as of late dangerous outlaws, such as exiled Eeta, have taken up residence in the ruins. With the loss of the settlement, the few who tended the ruined altar above have gone silent.
These individuals are well-trained and dangerous, and approaching them in an attempt to negotiate is not encouraged. Inexperienced fighters are encouraged to let other, better trained individuals handle these matters.
